Another classic Monday Night Football. The showdown between long time rivals – New York Jets and Miami Dolphins. Both teams put on strong offensive performance. A show down between the two quarterbacks. Both trying to outshine the other.
Miami Dolphins New Quarterback of the Future
The Fins, Chad Hene proved his critics wrong tonight. He showed that he has the arms to not only throw fast sharp bullets. He also displayed his arm’s strength and accuracy. His moment of triumph was when he sent in an accurate deep pass to Tedd Ginn Jr for a 53 yeard touchdown. Chad ended the night with a 20 of 26 completions, 241 yards and 2 touchdowns. A remarkable feat for someone who is just starting his second straight NFL game.
Miami Dolphins Running Backs – Wild as The Wildcat
The night really belonged to both the Dolphins running backs – Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams. Both of them proved too much to handle for the New York Jets. Out of the Wildcat formation, the two backs steam rolled through the Jets defense. The two combined for a total of 142 yards from the Dolphins total of 152 yards rushing.
The Dophin’s win, Miami’s second in a row, puts them back in contention for the AFC East title. The Phins are now 2 – 3 and seem to have put their three opening season straight losses behind them. The team appears to have come together nicely with Chad Hene at the helm.

Will the Wildcat formation continue to bring Dolphins success? Will Chad Hene develop into another Dan Marino for the Dolphins? Some have even termed him as Marino Lite. What do you think?
