great for a laptop

mac laptop had ok speakers , these speakers were perfect for giving a better quality of listening to some music in an average size room – no cons that i can find for $30.00-would recommend to a friend.

I just needed basic speakers, and these definitly fit the job. It was a great bargain for $30 shipped, and would recommend it to anyone for that price range. Compared to other speakers at that price range, they have a crisper, clearer sound and also comes with a remote. It was very easy to install and doesn’t take up a lot of space either. The main point of this review is that they are great $30 speakers.

Are these going to blow out windows? No. But considering they’re USB powered only, exceptionally clean looking and have very nice expanded stereo sound they are excellent! I have a set for my home office; paid $100 last year and they were worth it; at $30 they’re a steal. I’m buying another set for one of my work offices.

I find these personally to be a great buy. For 30 dollars this is top-notch…that fact that they are usb makes them ideal for laptops and as long as you realize you are buying usb speakers without a big subwoofer n all that jazz…theyre greamt. They unfortunately dont have a volume knob on the speakers because its controlled solely by your computer. However they are omni-directional and I feel that gives these speakers a huge edge over the competition, they sound the same from any distance! marvelous for anyone with a laptop!

These speakers are great. They look good and sound even better. The USB connection provides both the sound and the power. No need for a separate power cord. The speakers have a 360 degree design with sound ports front and rear, filling the room with sound that seems to encircle you. The USB connection also makes it easy to move the speaker from one computer to other, be it a MAC or a PC. The stereo speakers are small enough you can take them with you on vacation, along with your laptop. The sound produced by their speakers is full and rich, no tinny sounding high end, and a strong low end. The two-unit design is ever bit as good and the three-unit design they replaced.
