Ansara K.Terengganu is back to back Alumni Cup Champion. It was a highly intense match that went into extra time after a 0 - 0 scoreline at the end of regular period.

Both teams started rather nervously. They failed to convert the chances that were presented to them throughout the regulation period. The intensity of the match almost went to the players heads. A scuffle almost erupted as players really got into the emotional side of the match, late in the second half. Match officials managed to control the match and prevented  any unwanted incidents from happening.

K.Terengganu bagged their first championship treble as they captured the season’s Alumni Cup, Ansara Cup and also Charity Shield. They also became the first team to capture the Alumni Cup back to back.

The Alumni Cup continues to elude STAROBA’s grasp. It is the sole championship STAROBA has never won ever.
